Berner Gift Extravaganza
Are you ready to celebrate the beginning of the season of giving? Treats, thanks and gifts abound. It is time to claim your tickets for Berner treasures from our prize gallery. It is time to give thanks for the Berners in your life. It is time to gift a better life to Berners in rescue by donating to our Rescue Program.
Wander through the Berner Prize Gallery and pick out the treats you want to win with your free tickets! We have collected a ton of Berner items sure to appeal to all Berner lovers. All you have to do is request your FREE tickets and then decide which items you would like to spend your tickets on. There are three categories of tickets: STAR Tier, Tier 1 and Tier 2. Here is how it works:

Send an email to Joye Neff (joye.neff@gmail.com) and ask her for 10 free tickets for the STAR Tier prize, 20 free tickets for Tier 1 prizes and 100 free tickets for Tier 2 tickets.

Then tell Joye how many tickets you want to spend on which prizes in the Gallery.
EXAMPLE: "Joye, please give me 10 FREE STAR Tier tickets and place them all toward prize STAR #1. I would like 20 FREE Tier 1 tickets and put 10 toward prize #1-A and 10 toward prize #1-C. I would also like 100 FREE Tier 2 tickets and put 50 of them toward prize #2-20, 25 toward prize #2-45 and 25 toward prize #2-87."
It's that simple!

You may also request that Joye send free tickets to your Berner friends, mentors, or people you admire. Share the fun and make their day by sending them a "gift of tickets"!

Winners will be chosen by random drawing for each prize on November 30, 2025 and gifts will be mailed to each winner following the drawing.

While you are selecting the prizes with your free tickets, would you please consider making a donation to our Fall 2025 Berner Rescue Fundraiser. You may win your free gifts regardless of making a donation, but you are here anyway and why not help support the rescue of Berners from puppy mills, commercial breeders and families who can't or don't want to care for them anymore. Help them find a wonderful forever home. All contributions to the Bernese Mountain Dog Charitable Foundation are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible under our non-profit 501(c)(3) charity status, subject to IRS regulations.
The Bernese Mountain Dog Charitable Foundation Rescue Assistance Committee (BMDCF RAC) is the lifeline for Bernese Mountain Dogs facing desperate situations. Berners have been coming into rescue in alarming numbers. We provide crucial financial assistance to Bernese rescue groups, including BMDCA Regional Clubs, ensuring they can take in these gentle giants and get them the care they need.

Our mission centers on covering the overwhelming costs of veterinary care and rescue expenses for purebred Bernese. These dogs, through no fault of their own, find they are in need of rescue due to life changes or the heartbreaking loss of their owners and because owners underestimate the costs of owning a Berner. Many of the Berners are victims of neglect, abuse or abandonment and need our assistance.
The goal for our Fall 2025 Berner Rescue Fundraiser is to raise $30,000 for our Berner Rescue Program.
​The compassion of Berner Lovers fuels our work. Our first Rescue Fundraiser this year was a resounding success, raising $28,996.47! This remarkable achievement allowed us to act quickly when rescued Berners faced urgent medical crises, providing vital support to rescue organizations. We have funded $12,000 in rescue grants so far this year! We are deeply grateful to our generous donors.

Neff (her bank does not charge a fee for converting foreign cheques to US dollars, so the Fall 2025 Berner Rescue Fundraiser will get the entire amount of your donation).
